Terms and Conditions – Almuñécar Aromas Tour

1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking confirmation will be sent by email. Payment is made in person at the end of the experience, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience. We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible in case of changes or cancellation.

3. Arrival & Timing
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited experiences.

4. Liability
Participation in our experiences is at your own risk. Almuñécar Aromas Tour is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, unless caused by proven negligence. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions given by our staff. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage for which Almuñécar Aromas Tour cannot be held liable.

5. Health & Safety
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, health conditions, or mobility limitations. Our finca is located on uneven terrain and includes outdoor walking.

6. Weather Conditions
Experiences take place outdoors and may be adjusted due to extreme weather conditions. If we need to cancel due to weather, we will offer an alternative date.

7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

8. Use of Images
Photos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any images, please let us know at the beginning of the tour.
